What inspired me to start a blog about my life?
For some time now, I have been battling severe depression that has even landed me in the hospital, leaving my loved ones unsure of how to help.
I've tried counselling, which I found unhelpful, and visited therapists, but faced roadblocks due to NHS cuts.
I've always found it difficult to express my feelings and have been conditioned to maintain a "stiff upper lip," pushing through and moving on.
This blog serves as my outlet to share my story while still keeping that façade with my friends and family.
